Airtight and resealable with a strap, the bento box keeps food at the right temperature, whether hot or cold. However, be careful not to put it in the microwave. Prefer a plate or bowl that is not made of wood. Treat yourself to a complete and balanced meal with starches (about 40%), protein (one third), 20% vegetables and fruits.
