Shipping policy

Section 1: Order Preparation

The party placing an order ("Purchaser") acknowledges that the processing and shipment of said order shall occur within a time frame of one (1) to three (2) business days subsequent to the confirmation of payment by the Purchaser. The term "business days" herein excludes weekends and public holidays. The Purchaser agrees to the aforementioned processing time as a condition of this transaction. Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent to the Purchaser, including tracking information. The Purchaser can track the status of their order using our logistics Tracking page by entering the order number provided.

Section 2 : Delivery times

The Purchaser is hereby informed that the estimated delivery period for shipments to the USA and the rest of the world shall range from seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days. Reminder, please note that order preparation takes between one (1) and two (2) days. These delivery estimates do not account for potential delays caused by external factors beyond the control of Kimurakami, including but not limited to labor strikes, customs inspections, and other unforeseeable events. The Purchaser acknowledges that these external factors may impact the timeliness of the delivery and agrees to hold Kimurakami harmless for delays caused by such factors.

Section 3 : Shipping costs

Kimurakami shall provide free delivery for all orders over $115 within the USA and the rest of the world. For orders under $115, a secured shipping option is available for $4.99. The Purchaser's consent to these charges shall be deemed given upon the confirmation of the order.

Section 4 : Customs and import fees

For shipments within the mainland United States, the Purchaser shall not be liable for any customs or import fees, with the exception of certain rare circumstances which shall be communicated to the Purchaser. For international shipments, the Purchaser may be subject to customs fees as determined by the destination country's regulations. The Purchaser is responsible for verifying potential customs fees with the relevant authorities prior to placing an order with Kimurakami. Kimurakami shall not be responsible for any additional fees or delays resulting from the destination country's customs processes.

Section 5 : Returns and Cancellation

The Purchaser is entitled to return or exchange an item within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order, subject to the conditions outlined in Kimurakami's return policy. The Purchaser is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to Kimurakami. Any request for a return or exchange must be made in compliance with the terms specified in Kimurakami's return policy. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the denial of the return or exchange request.
