Refund policy

We have a fourteen (14) days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return and Refund Process

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please complete this form and return it to us so that your request can be processed.
  • If your return is accepted, shipping costs are at your charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or certains masks because they are hand-made on demand.

For digital products (such as e-book, guide), by completing your eBook purchase, you acknowledge that the digital product, which is delivered via a download link or direct access on our platform, cannot be returned or refunded. Your purchase constitutes your agreement to these terms, and you accept the nature of the product as non-tangible and immediately accessible upon completion of the purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fee

We don't apply any restocking charges for returned items.

European Union 14 days cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the timeframe is three (3) to five (5) business days after you receive the approval email. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method from your order.

Late or Unreceived Refunds:

  • Review your bank account.
  • Get in touch with your bank; processing times might delay the posting of your refund.
  • If you haven't received your refund after these steps, please reach out to us at info@kimurakami.com.

Reminder: For returns of items worth more than fifty (50) dollars, we advise using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
