The kimono comes from ki ( ) to wear and mono (): it means “thing we wear”. This Japanese garment was widely used by samurai in the 1600s to 1800. The Japanese warriors wore it mostly for the tea ceremony.

This kimono is woven in thin cotton fiber. It is ideal at the approach of sunny days. It is a casual version of the classic kimono, also called yukata . You can wear it in the day, like in the evening.
